GREENFLEX® EVA
GREENFLEX® is the trademark of Versalis ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) products family.
EVA is an elastomeric polymer that produces rubber-like materials characterized by their softness and flexibility.
GREENFLEX® grades have a vinyl acetate content ranging from 5% to 28%.

Description
EVA copolymers have higher gas and moisture permeability than polyethylene, they are more transparent, show better resistance to oils and fats, have good low temperature toughness, resistance to stress cracking, UV rays and excellent weldability at low temperatures. EVA shows high adhesion to most polar and non-polar substrates and high impact and puncture resistance.
GREENFLEX® EVA is used for packaging, hot melt adhesives, films for greenhouses, in the production of caps and closures, gaskets, toys, electric wires, shockproof components, in the textile and photovoltaic sectors.
