Electronic Invoicing

IMPORTANT CIRCULAR – ELECTRONIC BILLING Egr. Customer, Law no. 205 of 27 December 2017, “Budget Law 2018”, introduces the obligation of electronic invoicing also between private individuals, compulsorily starting from 1 JANUARY 2019. From that date, the sales of goods and the provision of services, carried out between residents, established in the territory of the Italian State, must be documented by electronic invoices. B2B electronic invoicing consists in the transmission of accounting documents in XML format through the Exchange System (SDI), using the SOGEI transmission channel. In order to comply with the provisions of the law and update our systems for the correct issuance of accounting documents, we hereby request the 7-character SDI recipient code (issued by the interchange system) or the address of a PEC box where to forward XML streams.
