Versalis produces a wide range of polybutadiene rubbers with the trademark Europrene Neocis®, Intene®, Europrene BR HV.
Polybutadiene is a soft and easily soluble polymer with excellent dynamic characteristics, low hysteresis and good abrasion resistance, such that it is used in the manufacture of automobile tires.
Other common uses include the manufacture of rubber objects such as the sole of shoes or the conveyor belts in industrial plant.
